Program for Family Development (PFD) is a Trust that runs the International Federation for Family Development (IFFD) courses in Kenya. PFD collaborates with the Centre for Research on Organisations, Work and Family (CROWF) in Strathmore Business School (SBS), whose aim is to help organisations in Kenya and other countries in Africa to improve employee retention, commitment and engagement and thus enhance organisational productivity.
