Kamau Kuria specialises in Change Management, Venture Growth and Leadership. He has a Masters degree in Business Administration (Concordia University) and an undergraduate degree in Electronic Engineering (Essex University).

Kamau is a member of The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya. He currently runs his own company, Corporate Transformations Ltd and is studying for a Doctorate degree in Business Administration at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (University of Pretoria). Kamau has over twenty years commercial and industry experience gained in various roles. These have included five years as the Regional Head of Change at Barclays Bank; seven years as the Managing Director of Quantum Consultants Ltd, an information systems and consultancy company he founded in 1996 and eight years as a management consultant in the Price Waterhouse East and Central African consultancy practice.

He also served for a year as the University Secretary of Strathmore University. His clients have included many of the blue chip organisations in East Africa including Bamburi Cement, Standard Chartered Bank, EABL, Magadi Soda, Unga Group, Hima Cement, Tanesco and First Chartered Securities Ltd. Kamau is a non-executive director of UAP Holdings Ltd and UAP Life Assurance Ltd.
