Objectives

This program is fundamentally designed for women professionals with over 5 years experience in management and seasoned women entrepreneurs from all over Africa who are ready to sharpen their skills and develop competencies needed to recognize and transcend the barriers holding them back from achieving effectiveness and harmony in both the personal and professional domain.

Content

The Leading Woman program has assembled an outstanding faculty team for you. The program is designed and delivered by Dr Nuria Chinchilla and Dr Mireia Las Heras, two international professors from our global academic partner, IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain. The program will also feature Sunny Bindra, Kenya’s leading business advisor and writer and it will culminate with a round table of leading women in the region specially selected to share their experiences and enable participants infuse knowledge into action.
