A breakfast meeting was held on Wednesday, 24th February 2010 on the theme ‘Attaining Operational Excellence’. The breakfast meeting was a taster session of what to expect in the forthcoming new Executive Seminar dubbed ‘OpEX2010: Operational Excellence’, which is set to take place on the 12th – 16th of April 2010. Targeted at senior executives in service and manufacturing industries, COOs and Operational Directors, the seminar will help participants to refine the art of connecting the day-to-day operations in their core business to a superior customer experience in a consistent way.
